Terri Neve was born in Hawaii, the daughter of John and Gladys Bresette. Her father was in the Marines and stationed there for her arrival. She was the last of five children (3 sisters and a brother). She moved often as a military child and completed high school in  Elgin, Illinois. She enrolled in Elgin Community College where she earned her AA and met Chuck Neve, who would be become the love of her life. She continued her education, earning her BA - Theatre from Illinois State University and her MA- Directing/Theatre from Marquet University.

 

While finishing her degrees, she married Chuck Neve and produced three daughters. Chuck's job provided an opportunity to place Terri closer to her dreams then she would ever imagined when they offered him a management position in CA. The family moved to Riverside, CA in December, 1990. Chuck and Terri welcomed their final daughter in 1991.

 

Terri returned to school to earn her teaching Credential in English, attending both the California Baptist University and California State University San Bernardino. She began her teaching career in 1996 with Jurupa Unified School District. She continued teaching theatre for another 15 years in both Val Verde Unified School District and Riverside Unified School District.
